If small group Pilates classes aren't for you or you'd like more individual attention, you can do 1-2-1 Pilates sessions at goPhysio, either online or face to face (in person).
You can choose:
Online 1-2-1 Pilates is delivered through Zoom. It is a 30 minute session with one of our Clinical Pilates Instructors. After your first sessions, once we know where you are in your Pilates journey, we'll put together an individualised session just for you. During the online Pilates, you'll get to practice all your exercises, under the supervision and guidance of your instructor. They'll be able to see you doing your exercises and help you make adjustments, suggest progressions and help with any issues you may be having.
You can book as many online 1-2-1 sessions as you feel you need. Whether it's just a one off as a bit of a refresh and reminder or to address a specific qusetion or as a regular weekly or fortnightly sessions, until classes can resume again.
You may choose online 1-2-1 Pilates for a number of reasons:
All our Pilates 1-2-1 sessions will take place in the clinic, with social distancing and all our other measures in place. Both mat and Reformer 1-2-1 sessions last 45 minutes.
