We've been running regular, practical foam roller workshops for well over a year now and they have proved extremely popular. The practical workshop has been designed to take the mystery away from this simple tool! So, time to get that foam roller you bought with good intentions, out of it's hiding place and put it to great use!

The one hour foam rolling workshops combine a little bit of theory and a lot of prcatical work with foam rollers and some fantastic alternatives. They are run by our Sports & Rehabilitation Therapy Team. The workshops will cover important principles such as the optimum time to foam roll, how foam rolling works and importantly teach you some key foam rolling exercises. You will get lots of opportunity to learn and practice the techniques and ask any questions you may have. This will be followed up with some take away exercises so you can incorporate foam rolling into your regular routine.

The foam roller workshops are £16.58 per person.
