You can access a comprehensive studio Mat Pilates timetable from the comfort of your home. We are live streaming all our studio classes for you to join. These are live and interactive, so you can get guidance and support throughout the class.
For just £29 a month, you will have unlimted access to all the classes as often as you like, all of which can be booked online. The classes are streamed via Zoom. This option is great if you like to have a set time in your diary and would like to do a regular class and progress through a weekly class.
If you are already a Pilates member, coming into the studio, you will also have access to any streamed live online classes.

We can bring the same great team and the same excllent Pilates classes to your home!
For just £29 a month, you can have access to a huge library of pre-recorded online classes, availble for you to enjoy at any time, from the comfort of your kitchen, garden, living room, or wherever you choose! We currently have over 100 Pilates classes in the library.
Every week, we add new classes to the library, including a range of 30 and 45 minute beginner, intermediate and advanced level mat Pilates class and Express Pilates classes (a 10 - 15 minute blast of Pilates focusing on a specific area, posture, piece of equipment or theme).
Whilst you have an active subscription, you'll continue to have access to all the classes.
You also have the option to purchase or rent individual classes, so it really is very flexible!
You may choose online pre-recorded Pilates classes for a number of reasons:
Online 1-2-1 Pilates is delivered through Zoom. It is a 30 minute session with one of our Clinical Pilates Instructors. After your first session, once we know where you are in your Pilates journey, we'll put together an individualised session just for you. During the online Pilates, you'll get to practice all your exercises, under the supervision and guidance of your instructor. They'll be able to see you doing your exercises and help you make adjustments, suggest progressions and help with any issues you may be having.
You can book as many online 1-2-1 sessions as you feel you need. Whether it's just a one off as a bit of a refresh and reminder or to address a specific qusetion or as a regular weekly or fortnightly sessions. If and when you feel ready, you can move over to online or in studio classes when they return.
