Studio Bookings

Bookings for all our Studio classes (with the exception of Clinical Pilates) are easily managed through the Studio Bookings website and app. Clinical Pilates classes are booked directly through the clinic.

How To Book Studio Classes 

  1. Visit the Studio Bookings sign up page.
  2. Enter all your details and click 'Sign up'.
  3. You will be prompted to sign in to your account. 
  4. Before booking your first class, you will need to sign a 'Waiver of liability'. Click on the 'MY INFO' tab and then the 'Waiver of Liability' tab. Sign the waiver of liability electronically. 
  5. To purchase your class pass(es), visit the 'STORE' tab. 
  6. Select the pass you'd like to purchase and add to basket. A single class is £12.50 (1 month expiry), 5 class pass £55 (2 month expiry) and 10 class pass £100 (3 month expiry). 
  7. Proceed to checkout to pay for your class pass. 
  8. To book a class, visit the 'CLASSES' tab, where you will see the live class timetable. 
  9. Click on your selected class and select the dates you would like to book. 
  10. Click book now. 

You can then manage all your class bookings online through the live Studio Timetable

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All sales are final.
  • Class passes, monthly passes and memberships cannot be shared.
  • Class passes have an expiry date. No classes can be carried over after the expiry date of the purchased pass.
  • Unused sessions from monthly passes and class passes cannot be made up.
  • A strict 24 hour cancellation policy applies to studio classes, including rescheduling to another time. We understand unforeseen circumstances arise, however in the interests of being fair and consistent to all clients there will be no exceptions.
  • No shows will be automatically be deducted from your class pass. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or change classes on the timetable. 
  • Any classes that consistently have low numbers or participants willbe reviewed.
