It is well documented that maintaining exercise and activity levels is crucial to help people stay independent and in good health as they age. Our Postive Steps classes, are specifically targeted at older men and ladies who are pro-active about taking care of their bodies and staying physically well.

Positive Steps is a weekly, supervised, small group exercise programme held at goPhysio in Chandlers Ford. The weekly Positive Steps sessions consists of:
There is a maximum of 6 people per session, so that the sessions are well supervised and you can have the benefit of being both well supported and progressed and enjoying exercising with other people. The sessions are fun and social!
We run 2 levels of classes, so that you can choose the most appropriate level for your mobility and ability.
Fundamental level classes are held every Wednesday from 11am - 12pm. These classes are suitable for beginners or those less confident with exercsing.
Progressive level classes are held every Thursday from 10.30 - 11.30am. These classes are suitiable for those who want more of a challenge!

Once you've signed up, you can purchase class passes online (your first class when you sign up is free!). Class passes can be used for all our studio classes (with the exeption of Clinical Pilates), including Active Backs and our range of Yoga Classes.
