Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise. It’s a really effective way to teach children and teenagers how to move efficiently and control their own movements.
Practising Pilates exercises regularly can help your child improve their co-ordination, control and balance which will in turn give confidence, build self-esteem and enable children to feel the benefits of being healthy and active. Pilates will help children become aware of their bodies from the inside-out and help them learn and control how their body moves.
