PAYG Pilates

Most of our Pilates class atendees choose to pay for their classes through our hassle free, easy Pilates Membership. However, some people don't want to or can't commit to a regular class or aren't able to attend regularly, so we also offer you a Pay As You Go (PAYG) option.

How PAYG Pilates at goPhysio works

  1. If you're new to Pilates or are keen to start Pilates but recovering from an injury or have a long term condition, you will need to come along for a Pilates Start Up session with one of our Clinical Instructors. A 1-2-1 session before starting is common place with Clinical Pilates, so you discuss your goals, screen any injuries and learn the Pilates basics. This will help you get the most from your classes and ascertain what level classes would be best for you to attend. The cost of this 30 minute session is £40.
  2. Once you've had your Pilates Start Up session, you can come along to any of our classes, depending on the level you've been advised. Take a look at our current timetable to see when the classes are.
  3. To book a class, just pop in or call us on 023 8025 3317. As long as there is space on your preferred class, you can book a place. Payment is taken at time of booking to secure your place. Each class is £15.
  4. You can book classes from 48 hours in advance, right up until the class starts.
