Who is Sports Therapy for? 

Sports Therapy is the perfect solution if you have an injury, want to get to the bottom of it and want to recover and return to your sports and activities quickly. Sports Therapy is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and your rehabilitation back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.

What does Sports Therapy involve? 

Sports Therapy incorporates sports and exercise sciences with injury management and recovery. Our Sports Therapists have completed a University degree and have excellent examinantion and assessment skills. They'll devise you a highly effective treatment plan with a strong sporting and rehabilitatoon focus. 

Your treatment and recovery will start on your first session with us. Your Sports Therapist will carry out a thorough assessment of your injury by taking a detailed history and carrying out a physical examination. Based on their findings, you'll receive a personalised recovery plan and a wide range of treatments geared towards improving your physical performance and ensuring you achieve your goals quickly, whatever your age or sporting ability.

Sports Therapy involces a combination of hands on treatments with exercise based rehabilitation. Your Sports Therapist may recommend you progress into our small group rehabilitation as your recovery progresses, which will help you reach your full physical potential. 

How do I book a Sports Therapy appointment? 

To book your first appointment with us, just give us a call on 023 8025 3317. Our phone lines are open from 8am, 6 days a week. We'll be able to find a convenient time for you to come in and see one of our Sports and Rehabilitation Therapists at our clinic in Chandlers Ford. 

How much is Sports Therapy? 

Your first appointment with us involves a comprehensive assessment, discussion about our findings and your goals and getting startedwith your treatment programme. This 45 minute appointment costs £65. 

Additional 30 minute treatment sessions cost £45.

  • Educate and advise you on the best way of managing your injury
