Sports massage and soft tissue therapy is an integral part of our service at goPhysio. It helps to reduces the aches and pains we all experience, whether through sport, an injury or the everyday stresses and strains of modern life.

Also known as remedial massage or deep soft tissue massage, sports massage is traditionally deep and firm and can be quite intense. However, our experienced and knowledgeable therapists will target the session to the each individuals' needs and preferences.
Appointments generally last an hour, although there is an option to have a 30 minute massage if you only need treatment for a smaller, targeted area (such as your calf).
Our sports massage therapists here at goPhysio are trained to degree or masters level, so have an extensive and comprehensive understanding of the body, muscles, tissues and soft tissue treatment techniques. (They haven't just done a few weekend courses in massage, so you can be reassured you're in the best possible hands!).
