The regular one hour workshop, will combine a little bit of theory and a lot of prcatical work with foam rollers and some fantastic alternatives. It is run by our Sports Therapist, Tom. He will talk you through the optimum time to foam roll, how foam rolling works and then teach you some key foam rolling exercises. You will get lots of opportunity to learn and practice the techniques and ask any questions you may have.

Until February 2019, the Foam Roller Workshops are free or a suggested voluntary donation of £10. Details are on the booking page.
