Who is a Foam Roller Workshop for? 

  • Anyone who wants to learn how to use a foam roller effectively
  • People who do a lot of sports and want to use the foam roller as part of their regular training programme 
  • Those who want to learn foam rolling techniques to ease off areas of stress and tension 

The Foam Roller Workshop is perfect for you if:

  • You exercise regularly 
  • You are a runner 
  • You take part in regular sports, are training for an event 
  • You have areas of tightness or tension that you'd like to work on yourself

What does the Foam Roller Workshop involve? 

The regular one hour workshop, will combine a little bit of theory and a lot of prcatical work with foam rollers and some fantastic alternatives. It is run by our Sports Therapist, Tom. He will talk you through the optimum time to foam roll, how foam rolling works and then teach you some key foam rolling exercises. You will get lots of opportunity to learn and practice the techniques and ask any questions you may have.
