We are delighted and feel very privileged to be able to have both a dedicated studio space and a rehabilitation room, onsite at our clinic here in Chandlers Ford, which enables us to provide a range of services to support your health and wellbeing.
Our spacious, air conditioned and well equipped onsite studio is the right mix to enable us to comfortably hold classes, yet be small and friendly so you don't feel like you're lost in a sea of people!
Our state of the art rehabilitaion space is aptly called The Strong Room! Read why here! This space is fully equipped so we can help you work on strength and conditioning, whether you're recovering from an injury or being pro-active about investing in your physical durability.
