Eastleigh 10k

We are excited to announce a fantastic new partnership with the Eastleigh 10k, as we become the official Health Partner of the race.

One of the largest 10k road races in the country, the Eastleigh 10k is to be held on Sunday 18th March 2018. It is set to attract around 2,800 runners  and will celebrate it’s 34th anniversary next year.

Clinical Director of goPhysio Paul Baker said he is delighted to be part of such a fantastic event.

“We help so many runners here at goPhysio and see first hand how important running is to people. To be involved in this great, local event, and have the opportunity to support so many runners is really exciting!”

Free Events For Hendy Eastleigh 10k Runners! 

To kick off the new year and help runners of this years Hendy Eastleigh 10K in the lead up to the event, we are offering a host of free informative and educational events. These will all be hosted at our clinic in Chandlers Ford and are free to attend, however, spaces will be limited and so booking is essential. All events will be led by one of our experienced Physio's or Sports Therapist, where they will share their knowledge and experience and you will also get a chance to ask any relevant questions you may have.
