The Hendy Eastleigh 10k

We are excited to announce a fantastic new partnership with the Eastleigh 10k, as we become the official Health Partner of the race.

One of the largest 10k road races in the country, the Eastleigh 10k was due to be held on Sunday 18th March 2018, however, unseasonal snow put a halt to the original plans and so the new date is Sunday 17th June. It is set to attract around 2,800 runners  and will celebrate it’s 34th anniversary next year.

Clinical Director of goPhysio Paul Baker said he is delighted to be part of such a fantastic event.

“We help so many runners here at goPhysio and see first hand how important running is to people. To be involved in this great, local event, and have the opportunity to support so many runners is really exciting!”

Free Events For Hendy Eastleigh 10k Runners! 

To kick off the new year and help runners of this years Hendy Eastleigh 10K in the lead up to the event, we have offered a host of free informative and educational events. The events included Foam Rolling for Runners Workshop, Knee Injuries, 10 Day Race Countdown, Managing Load, Pilates for Runners Taster Classes & Foot & Ankle Injuries for runners. It was fantastic meeting so many local runners and helping them on their running journey!
